Meal prep made easy
Feel Good Cooking Classes in Guelph, Ontario
As a dietitian (and human), I know how much better we eat and feel about our eating when we have planned and prepared ahead of time.
As a dietitian (and human), I also know how many barriers can get in the way of you actually getting meal planning and prep done. And how frazzled and out of control you can feel when this planning and prep keeps getting knocked to the bottom of the to-do list.
So I dreamt up all the ways we could make meal prep more fun, make it easier, and add some support. And of course do it all in a way that will help you make peace with food in the process.
Let’s gather together and experience what it’s like to Feel Good About Food.
